Dr. Henry Zhang

My name is Henry Zhang, hailing from the beautiful harbour city of Nanaimo. From my early days of running around the playground at Park Avenue Elementary School to the long hours spent with textbooks at Vancouver Island University, I’ve always had a knack for science and a heart for helping others.

During that time, I gravitated towards more of a hands-on health profession. Fast forward to my days at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry, where I dove headfirst into the world of mouths and teeth. With a thirst for knowledge, I soaked up everything I could about dentistry, and built a solid foundation that I built stronger while working in rural Ontario, Kenora to be exact. Helping communities
with high dental needs and especially due to the vast indigenous reserves around town. This is where I grew and fell in love with all aspects of dentistry and helping others especially with their toothaches.

But hey, life isn’t all about dentistry. When I’m not busy perfecting smiles, you can find me at the gym or building my hoop mixtape on the court. But most importantly, I am probably spending quality time with my awesome crew of friends and family – whether we’re out on the town or just chilling at home, every moment is a treasure. I am excited to be back in my hometown and I can’t wait to meet you!
