Financial & Insurance
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal cheques, debit card and Visa or Mastercard. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Insurance co-payments and deductibles are also due at the time of your appointment. If other arrangements need to be made, please talk to the front desk reception staff prior to booking an appointment.
For those patients with dental insurance, it is your responsibility at the time of your appointment to have your carrier's information and their exemptions. Due to the Personal Information Privacy Act (PIPA), many insurance companies will not allow dental offices to contact them inquiring about plan information. We do our best with the information you provide us. The amount set by your insurance company may be affected by such factors as annual limits on coverage or procedures, reduced coverage for some procedures and/or the ability to deny coverage at any time if they choose to do so. We submit forms for insurance claims on your behalf, and as a courtesy to our patients, we will accept direct payment from your insurance carrier. However, if your insurance is negligent in paying the account, we will send you a statement for the outstanding amount. We accept the right to approve or deny your insurance. Ultimately, you are responsible for your insurance information and any charges on your account.
